Malaysian Football Pt. 2

I found this Nike Commercial for Malaysian's new jersey in Youtube.

My point of view : No matter our players wearing Adidas or Nike jersey, things won't change. The only things have to change is our player's attitude.

Am I right? Please correct me if I'm wrong...

Malaysian Football Pt.1

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Malaysia has been defeated by UAE in a friendly match.
Hmmm.. How are Malaysia going to win over China, Uzbekistan & Iran in this coming 2007 AFC Asian Cup? All of them are world class team.

So scared to think of.. Malaysia 0 - 7 China or Malaysia 0 - 5 Uzbekistan or Malaysia 0 - 11 Iran, but the potential are there!

From what I saw in the friendly match between Malaysia & UAE, I can tell that our team never improved.. at all! :(

The consolation goal was scored by Akmal Rizal Ahmad Rakhli and that wasn't prove anything. Our level are not more then decrease!

Below is the news written in NST Online.

Football: Malaysia no match for UAE

MALAYSIA went down 3-1 to United Arab Emirates (UAE) in their second international friendly at the Petaling Jaya Stadium last night.
UAE opened their scoring in the 9th minute through Faisal Khalil.

Bruno Metsu’s team then took control of the match and put the Malaysian defence under tremendous pressure.

In the 52nd minute UAE increased their lead when Ismail Muttar scored and Malaysia were punished further in the 68th minute when Ahmed Mohammed found the back of the net.

Akmal Rizal’s persistent efforts found just reward when he scored Malaysia’s consolation in the dying moments of the game.

UAE dedah kelemahan skuad negara

Argggghhhhh.. Keep on giving excuses dude! :(
Hmmm... Don't know what to say anymore about our team.. We only can pray that Malaysia will not be humiliated in this tournament...

2007 AFC Asian Cup Preview (from my own perspective)

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Everybody are now talking about our national football team's chances to win Asia Cup 2007. Can Malaysia beat Iran, China & Uzbekistan to go to the next round? Hard to say..

To be frank.. I don't think Malaysia can make it this time.. It's not that I'm not patriotic or whatsoever.. but based on facts that we don't have quality players like other Asian's countries have.. Name such as Kiatisuk Senamuang for Thailand & Ali Karimi for Iran will open our player's eyes, at least that it's not that easy to reach their level and to keep on their big name remembered - for good & bad.

I only hope that one day Malaysia will have at least 1 player that plays outside our country - as a very professional player.. Not only looking for his own wealth but to make sure that peoples out there knows that Malaysia really have a diamond to be watched! :D

A tree fell down to the earth nearby my office today. Luckily the tree didn't fell onto a car which was parked besides the fallen tree. Phew.. So lucky.. If not the car's owner must have a lot of things to do to make sure that his car will be in good shape again.

Here's some photos of the fallen tree..

Moral : Make sure you park your car at the car park and never park your car besides a tree :p

The Husband Store

I've found this joke on a friend's blog. I keep on smiling when reading this joke..Let's share this joke, guys..

A store that sells new husbands has just opened in New York City, where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates:

You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the value of the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. The shopper may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building!

So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. On the first floor the sign on the door reads:

Floor 1 - These men Have Jobs. She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the sign reads:

Floor 2 - These men Have Jobs and Love Kids. 'That's nice', she thinks, 'but I want more.' so she continues upward. The third floor sign reads:

Floor 3 - These men have Jobs, Love Kids, and are Extremely Good Looking. 'Wow,' she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going. She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads:

Floor 4 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Good Looking and Help with Housework. 'Oh, mercy me!' she exclaims, 'I can hardly stand it!' Still, she goes to the fifth floor and the sign reads:

Floor 5 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Gorgeous, Help with Housework, and Have a Strong Romantic Streak. She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor, where the sign reads:

Floor 6 - You are visitor 31,456,012 to this floor. There are no men on this floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please. Thank you for shopping at the Husband Store.

Any comments friends? :D

Another Hard Day...

Another hard day for an officer like me.. So many tough decision to make in order to make sure my company operated smoothly.. So many workers that the company's have, just pretending that they are loyal to the company but the fact is not! Hmmm... How am i going to describe this kind of workers?

This evening I have to face another scenario in my office.. Our supervisor has made a bad example for another staffs.. Disobeying management order is not a good thing to show off! I really shocked!

How come your staffs want to respect you when you can argue management decision? And bear in mind that you are the 1 who has been choose by the company as a role model to the others.. What to say? Malay attitude are really bad when it comes to this part.. Sorry to say..but I have to.. I feel ashamed for those Malay who can't accept other Malay's commands but they won't argue if the commands were came from other races... Sounds like I'm condemning my races.. huh? The fact is there.. Try to ask your colleagues.. Is that what I'm saying true? Or I just mumbling around?

Come on all Malay folks... Stop dreaming!!! Wake up!!! We are now in war with other races to proved that our races is another great creature in this world!

Sometimes I really feel sad, Malay can't moved on.. But 1 thing for sure, Malay has a specialty in creating reasons when something can't be done in a correct way! :p

A Decision To Make...

These few days I have to face so many discipline problems from my staffs such as absent without leave, breaking company's rules, no co-operation with others and so many more.

If I make a list here, I'm pretty sure you guys will have a headache on the spot! :p

But, when it comes to make sure that they don't have a chance to breaking company's rules, I have to choose either 1 : friendship or career...?

Of course I will choose my career! And of course they can't accept my decision.. What to do? The company pays me to make sure their operations goes smoothly (by hook or by crook)..& friends are still hoping that I will close 1 eye for what they did..

It's really tough for me, friends..

The tough decision that I made those days is to fired some of my staffs...I really had to do it and I really hate to do so..really!

The decision has been made and I have to face the others.. They start talking to each other that I'm very cruel, I have no feelings and whatsoever..

Go on friends.. Keep on saying.. As long as the company still want me to work for them, I have to put aside my personal feelings.. No matter you are my best friend or even though you are my relatives, I won't compromise of any discipline problems & I mean it!

From the bottom of my heart, I feel sorry for those been fired.. I really have no choice!

That is what I learn these days.. No matter how good you are, rules is rules!!!

Moral Of The Story : We can't pleased everybody!
